At SLYH, we aim to deliver your gear quickly, reliably, and with care. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, fulfill, and ship your orders locally and internationally.

🚚 Local Shipping (Singapore)

✅ Standard Delivery

  • Fee: Flat rate of S$3.50

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 working days

  • Free shipping on orders above S$80

✅ Express Delivery (Optional)

  • Fee: S$10

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 working days

  • Available only for orders placed before 12pm on weekdays

🌏 International Shipping

We ship worldwide!

Europe & US 7–14 business days From S$18

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the next business day

🧾 Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you

  • You can track your shipment via the link provided

⚠️ Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping charges may apply)

  • If unclaimed after 7 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded (excluding shipping)
