We accept exchanges subject to product availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@slyh.sg with your order number and desired replacement item. Exchanges are not guaranteed until confirmed via email.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
